Booking Terms and Conditions


To secure a reservation, we require a $1.00 payment on Visa or Master Card, one nights deposit will be processed 30 days prior to arrival and then the full pre-payment within 7 days of arrival. All credit card payments to the property incur a 1.2% surcharge.

At Apartments Inn Byron, office hours are 8am to 6pm. Check in time is 2pm and check out is at 10am.   Should your travel plans be outside of these hours, please contact Reception, prior to arrival. If you will be arriving after 6pm, Apartments Inn Byron offers an after hours check in service.  The after hours check in assistance is located to the left hand side of the front entrance doors, on the wall.  Please follow the instructions for after hour’s assistance.

Please be aware that all booking requests have been noted and where possible we will endeavour to accommodate your wishes, however these requests cannot be guaranteed.

On arrival, you will be asked to provide either a valid credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorisation or a $100 refundable cash deposit as security against any incidentals that you may incur during your stay.

Our studio, and studio deluxe apartments are hotel style rooms, and include tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms are pre-equipped with a starter pack of sundry needs including Sanctum toiletries.

Our one, two and three bedroom apartments are fully equipped, and include a dishwasher, stove top, microwave, washer/dryer for your cooking and washing needs.  The apartments are pre-equipped with a starter pack of sundry needs including Sanctum toiletries and washing powders. These items are also available for purchase from reception should you require additional supplies.

Apartments Inn Byron provide one complimentary undercover car park per apartment/studio for nominated guests. If you require a second car space, please contact reception prior to arrival. Our carpark is located underneath the complex, and entry is located adjacent to the reception doors.

Our cancellation policy is as follows;

Cancellation with greater than 30 days notice to the date of arrival – full deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $55.

Cancellation with less than 30 days but more than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival – 2 nights accommodation (at an average per night rate) or 50% of the booking cost, whichever is the lesser.

Cancellation within 7 days of the date of arrival – no refund.

Apartments Inn Byron rooms are supplied with Linen and Convenience Toiletry Items. Daily services are provided on the 3rd morning of 5 + night stays. Guests requiring a daily service can request via reception, a daily service is $30. Should you require assistance from Housekeeping, please contact Reception during office hours only by dialling 9 from your in-room phone.
